Implications of Current Legislation: As a result of the Regulatory Reform Order 2005, all non-domestic premises require a current and valid fire risk assessment. Please note that a fire risk assessment review is also required whenever a structural change has taken place on your premises.

This legislation applies to all non-domestic premises with the exception of:

- Off shore installations.
- A ship.
- Fields, woods and other lands forming an agricultural or forestry undertaking.
- An aircraft, locomotive or rolling stock or a vehicle for which a licence is in force.
- A mine within the meaning of the Mines and Quarries Act 1954.
- A borehole site.

Our dedicated Fire Risk Assessment consultant spent 30 years with the Norfolk Fire Service and has been an independent Fire and Health and Safety consultant for 10 years.  Tas Valley Fire can offer Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Safety training and Health and Safety training at competitive rates to organisations of all sizes within Norfolk and Suffolk.  As a guideline, we will provide the same service for organisations with 20 or more employees within Essex, Cambridgeshire, South Lincolnshire and London.
